I am looking for leaded race gas in Sacramento. I have tried searching via the intraweb with no luck. This is for my supermoto. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

...

Not to rain on anyone's parade but unless you have a really built-up, high compression engine that would detonate without the really high octane fuel, you might be better off with oxygenated "rocket fuels" - for VP, that would be U4.2 or MRX11. In many cases, a stock motor running on C12 actually loses power.

I do have a pretty high compression motor:teeth and if U4.2 is available I would rather have that. The problem is finding a vendor in Sacramento. I am making a big effort to go to Stockton weekly and getting this stuff nearby is turning out to be a PITA.

Well, I can't help you with VP... but if you want to try R-Tech, we always bring R-Tech Outlaw (like U4.2 only better :teeth ) and R-Tech Pro.V.1 (which for my SV650 was good for 5hp on the dyno) and have it trackside at all AFM and SMUSA races... and they're also the only fuel with a contingency program, in fact they cover ALL AFM classes... even Singles! :thumbup

Thanks Alex. I will probably give the R-Tech a try when I can. Do you ever get your CRF down to Stockton?
