friday night, march 5th official vacaville/fairfield meet up at sonic

so, i just got back from meeting a fellow barfer at sonic in vacaville and it looks like we are all good to go with the friday night sonic meet up. the best parts about this meet spot is that it is right off the interstate (easy to find), and it has a huge parking lot adjacent to the sonics so we dont really need permission to hang out from sonic.. and affter OJ left i talked to the manager and she said she will see what she can do about hooking up everyone who comes out for the bike with a 10-15% discount off their meal.. right now we are looking at around 20 people that are coming so far.. i feel like there is going to be a great turn out for this, and if you have any other bike nights on that night, there isnt any reason why we cant just combine the two bike nights..so, to recap.

WHERE: sonic, off I-80 davis ext.

WHEN: friday night, March 5, 7:30pm

WHO: any and everyone thats looking to meet local riders!

looking forward to meeting some local riders, and some good networking.

I'll swing by (if I remember). But I don't get off work until 8:30, so I don't expect anyone to still be there.

Vacaville is kinda far from SF anyway; I don't think it matters much.

yea man, i was thinking the same thing about that friday night bike ride.. but, i looked on the weather channel website, and it looks like rain for SF friday night, but is going to hold off for vacaville until around midnight, so it looks like its going to be a good night to come out to vacaville. but the way the weather has been predicting weather lately, it might rain invaca and be good in SF.. anyways, lemme know how the night ride turns out.

Weather forecasts are not reliable more than a day ahead. If it looks bad on Friday we can cancel then.

hell yeah, even if this week is the sf ride, i think i might be down to roll out there next friday and check it out. its not too much of a haul from the east bay; no further than the city, anyway.

GTFO rain!!!!

mean- yea bring some people.. when the weather gets good, i want to have a huge turn out, soo. tell the riders that roll out with you friday about our friday night thing, and when it gets big enough, we can all roll out to SF for the night ride..

I just looked at the weather report and it looks like the rain isn't giong to hold out. So whatcha think Cam?

and if we do it next friday, I can't be there. someone called into my work friday nite that they can't work, so I have too. :(

yeah, the latest weather thing says like its gonna be crappy all over. looks like its poker, or an xbox all-nighter!!!
