After years of trolling on BARF, I decided to try and particiate, online anyway.
I am a 40 somthing guy whos been riding since I was 19. lost count of how many motorcycles ive owned, but i love them and spend alot of time working and restoring them. Right now I spend most of my time in the garage working on bikes as I am in the middle of raising my daughter. My work schedule requires my presence during the time most of you are thrown back a cold one, so I dont know when Ill ever get to go to a BARF event. although I do frequent "the wall" and have met a few of you barfers, Im usually up there midday and not sunset.
I often wish one day Motorcycles would out number cars on the road. people rode their Vespas to the farmers market on Saturday, then took the R1 up to the hills on Sunday. Come Monday its on the BMW R90 to commute to work. Those makes of motorbikes were just suggestions....My point is though, its clear how nasty cage drivers are, but motorcyclists are always (mostly) cordual to each other, imagine this friendlyness20 times over, Imagine waving and "nice bike"-ing all the way to work or home how much nicer the rest of the day would be? thus, your quality of life would improve (more so than you already have from being a motorcyclists). Then mankind would eventually end hostilities towards each other because....dammit, they all want to go ride. So see, the answer to world peace is motorcycles!
(note to self, dont post on BARF at 2 am after eating a quart of "moose tracks" ice cream, its like wearing rose colored glasses)
