no, jb weld will not fix that for any meaningful length of time.
is it the stock midpipe?
there are some "ktm rc390 midpipe" hits on ebay that are probably cheaper than getting that repaired

you could contact yoshimura for a replacement part. what happened? looks like there is a crack and it wore through? was it loose for a long time?

$100+/hour is pretty standard labor for any kind of skilled trade in the bay area, plus material on top of that... my bet is replacement part is the more economical route. good luck!

If you decide to have it welded locally, Dennis Etcheverry at Norman Racing in Berkeley is who you'll want to use. He's one of the best welders in the bay area and VERY experienced with high performance exhaust systems.

I just remembered Jeff Henise at Highwayman Bikes is in SF (Inner Sunset). Jeff is also very good. He is more limited with his time availability, but he has lots of experience with stainless steel exhaust systems.

What did Yosh say? I'd shoot them an email with a picture. That looks like it wore through. Labor to fix that will probably be about 3hrs. You can't just weld stainless or ti. The welds on the outside where the gas shields it will look good, but the inside will crystalize/bubble and be porous. It'll eventually crack. The whole tube will have to be filled with gas. It's kind of a big pain in the ass.

Both of the shops I recommended weld stainless all the time and have back-purge systems set-up and ready to go. Last year Jeff did some welding on a stainless mid-pipe for a Ducati project I was working on. It was MUCH more welding than OP needs and he was done in under an hour. Its not a big deal if the shop is set-up correctly.

Most shops won't go through the trouble. If you've found a shop that will, let everyone know about them. They're a rarity now it seems. Stainless and To are a mother fucker to weld right. I've done a fair amount of Tig, and I always pass it on to my brother. He's a very experienced welder/fabricator.

I think that's what I did. Two shops that I mentioned above ^^^
I sent Yoshi an email, but they got back to me a little late and wanted the pipe back for investigations. This would not work with my current schedule since I don't have the stock items, so I had this Titanium welded up by a fellow in Martinez. Turns out I also had three other cracks/fractures which I got addressed too. I'll keep Jeff and Dennis in mind for the eventual next time, or maybe just go back to stock lol.
FYI, I used Danny Chapa (925)-383-2214, and I paid a little over $100. There's some bubbling on the inside, but I'm ok with that as long as it holds.
