I would think that

A. It's really challenging to figure out when someone is willingly taking part in a sex act with a porn person, because there's some really icky porn out there that does the whole rape thing--and is it "rehearsal" or is it actual rape...

or

B. It's really easy, because there's a code-of-conduct within that circle and one public hair out-of-place and everyone comes down on you like a ton of bricks.

My understanding is that this guy was more clear cut. Some of the allegations I have heard claiming abuse on set are mostly bullshit from what I read, but this sounds like his is a legit predator. We shall see.

I imagine being a 60 year old weirdo who has based his whole life and most of his income on making sex movies is a very difficult position to enter as a senior citizen.
