Trying to get a modern light installed Squadron Pro—on a 2008 Husqvarna TE450

Want to take it to a shop as it’s not plug and play.

Any good experiences with electrical work like this? I’m in Livermore —thanks

In my experience, BD is really good with post purchase support, have you tried contacting them for guidance? In the past they have done really well by me, ymmv...

Thanks

Thanks

I did try BD and they are helpful to a point but initially they asked me what bike I had and charged me for a custom plug that would plug into my factory harness. After setting my pants I went ahead. I received the light and the plug was in no way plug and play.

I took it to Alan and Sons who told me my light was bad. I then called BD and they want to work with me but are asking me
To test a and b and c which frankly I would rather have someone else do as I have three small kids I am head mechanic and quartermaster for and right now I just want to ride.

I could keep going and bore you guys but I really just want a headlight that works. My old one the housing physically broke and the light was really unacceptable from the factory.

I’ll try Jody—thanks!
