Does anyone have a go pro or similar that I can rent?

I will be doing my last trackday for at least many years at Laguna Seca on the 8th and would like to get it on camera so I can remember it. I don't have the money to buy one and don't have a need to have one for longer than this trackday.

Does anyone have a go pro or similar camera that I can rent to use at the trackday? I can put a deposit, give you collateral, or whatever. Doesn't need to be HD either.

I have a mount that mounts to your gas tank that I use my regular camera on. Works like a charm and doesn't get in the way.(Did my fastest lap at homestead with the camera on, still haven't been able to beat it) More than happy to mail it to you to use

That's what i'll probably do if no one has a cam I can use. I'll just ghetto-mount my crappy digi cam. I used to use a military surveillance remote cam mounted to the very bottom of my fairing for an awesome shot. But it was destroyed in a rally.

i have a contour HD 1080p you can borrow. and a mount for the gas cap of an R1. i'll check this weekend if it will work on an R6. you'd need a laptop at the track to charge it (won't last the whole day).

I still have to schedule a trackday in the future, but need to get my bike up to par first. :ride

Sonora seems like way far away, but if you want to detour down to Santa Cruz before heading to Laguna, just let me know approximately what time you would be expecting to pass through, and I'll make sure to be awake and have the camera charged for you.
My house in Santa Cruz is actually right off of highway 17 and 1, so it won't even be too bad of a detour.

Battery lasts around 2.5 hours, and I have a 16gb card in there, good for about 2.5 hours of footage at 1080 resolution or 720p at 60fps (more for lower quality, but the battery limits it).
If you bring a laptop, you just need a usb mini plug to charge it up and transfer files if you don't have a sd card reader - you can borrow that too if you need.
