What is the official (or unofficial) position on HOV lane enforcement?
As traffic seems to be slowly ratcheting up with COVID restrictions beginning to relax (at least in the north bay) this is becoming more of a question. I tend to find myself in that lane as a single occupant car from time to time mostly to get past the stubborn slow moving Prius but don't want to get zapped for my impatience.
