I wouldn't bother with Gone With The Wind. It's just four hours of awful people being awful. Zero character development.

Casablanca was great and Key Largo was good, but I think the best Bogie/Bacall was To Have And Have Not, which I think was their first together?

Spartacus was excellent. All those old Douglass movies are great. Seven Days In May is a fun one with a few good parallels to today.

Yikes, that's about 30 hours of movie, and I've watched them all...

The opening scenes of East of Eden was filmed on the train that used to run through Monterey to the canneries.

I still have a thing for Julie Christie because of Doctor Zhivago, she's simply stunning in it.

Mama says he's bona fide
Gaslight

I had a vague idea what it was about (from the Steely Dan song, "Gaslighting Abbie"), and it seemed to me that current usage of the verb to gaslight is usually wrong. So I watched it a few weeks ago.

Great mystery with Ingrid Bergman. Angela Lansbury debuted (at age 17) with a remarkable performance as an impertinent and slightly slutty housemaid.

I've never seen: (but would someday like to amend)

Casablanca
Grease
The sound of Music
Close Encounters

She was kinda hawt back in the day....

While I have seen just about every part of Grease (the movie), and sat through a couple of local productions, I've never seen the movie from start to finish.

Same with Forrest Gump.
