Carnegie Red Alert – February 5, 2016
If you want to make the maximum effort to see the 4000 acre addition to Carnegie get approved and opened by the CA Off Highway Vehicle Commission’s vote you must attend the following meeting!

Date: Friday February 5, 2016.

Place: Tracy City Hall, Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA.

Time: Meeting starts at 8:30 AM but PLEASE come early to get a seat!

Our opposition will be there to try to end the expansion. We want the Commission to see a huge pro-Carnegie turnout. Carnegie Forever will meet you outside and ask you to wear a sticker “I Own Carnegie” so the Commissioners can see how many of us are there.

Meeting Purpose: This is the final meeting for the public to comment pro or con about the New Carnegie General Plan and the Final Environmental Impact Report. Our comments should be professional and supportive. We don’t have to be overly negative since the commission wants to help get the plan moving forward. If you can’t attend please tell your friends. We realize that yes this is a Friday, a work day and it is an early start time, but we are all used to getting on the road for a good cause – the additional 4000 acres next to Carnegie!

i do not ride dirt bike, but on the way to the moto class in dublin, bunch of riders on there way out there.

how many regular folk even know about all this?

is there any group stationed there with flyers and info?

these guys are worried about areas being shut down.
do they have any way of knowing about a area that might get oppened?

Exactly! Where do you get your moto news? The AMA, CORVA, ARRA, BRC all try pretty hard to get the word out, as does the barf.

Whenever I ride, I talk to my neighbors about the fact that we gotta pay attention, make noise, tell our friends and tell our elected officials that this is important and we vote.
Got any other ideas?
