I had purchased a Teamset Pro from the vendor at Mazda Laguna Seca 3 years ago on the MotoGp weekend.
The units began giving me problems about 6 months ago, beeping, not connection or pairing.
So we looked at the new systems today. Talked with them about new versus
old and the problems that we were having. He wanted to see our units and take a look at them. Sure as pigs fly , the would not connect.
He upgraded us to the new Q1 system !! Took the old sets and gave me a new Q1.
Now thats customer service !!!!!!!
I had already made up my mind that i was going to replace it , but that blew us away.... They fracking rock !!!
