So it turns out there are other distracted road users. They don't use their signals. They seem to be distracted. They just drift out of their lane.

(I just wish I had seen him a whole lot earlier! Never even had a chance to hit the brakes).

On my way home, the same prick head (4 pointed prick) was waiting there in the same spot! Seems to have a thing against moto's or something... he was joined by... the source of his distraction?

zero damage to the bike.
I think my knee took a hit, but it was fine.
I'm still recovering from breaking both wrists 7 weeks ago, and the jolt of the bars tweaked my right wrist pretty good, but it'll be fine.
I'm glad those antlers were pointed the opposite direction!

I should start driving my 7000lb truck to work, that should bring me a venison dinner!

Funny thing is, this is the second time I've tagged a deer on my commute. Same m/c, same road, about ten years earlier (not the same spot).
I hit the first one a lot harder (somehow still managed to not go down, lucky me!). I looked back and she was spinning down the road, legs splayed, like Bambi on ice! cracked me up!!
Maybe this was her great great grandbuck coming for revenge?...
