i get the feeling that a lot of journalists are taking the broken english of some riders and make up their own quotes. i watched an interview with petrutci and then i read an article that had a quote from that interview and it wasnt even close to a 1:1 comparison of what he said

Shit, I thought it was exactly Lorenzo. It was all about him. So much confidence throughout. First time we have ever seen him admit someone was better than him at something. He generally doesn't pull a Cal with excuses, but certainly never admits it.

For those who attended COTA, what did the KTM MotoGP bikes sound like? They sounded great in the isolation of the early test videos but I wonder what the screamer V4 sounds like in person.

One my favorite memories from attending the return of GP at Laguna in 2005 was that every bike sounded fantastic. Painfully loud but fantastic.

I thought they sounded good- a little more raspy/aggressive than the Aprilia, they sound pretty mean/nasty. I know thats pretty subjective and open.... sorry.
