Well, Wednesday night drags is the plan. Hoping to be in the 275 hp range when we are done.:thumbup
I'm a bit surprised no one has chimed in wanting to try.

What mods do you think are needed. I'm pretty good at finding horsepower, and I can get a road race bike set up pretty good. I'm being very honest here.:ride:thumbup I don't know shit about drag racing. At the end of the day, I want the bike to be safe:wtf

Lower the front end rear of the bike for starters. That would help with some of the wheelie issues this bike will be cursed with. Not sure how far the owner wants to go but extended swingarm would be the next and best thing to help control the front end lift. After that, things become much more manageable.
I think they’re poking fun at the bolded font. Nothing to worry about you have a very cool thread here.
That what I was thinking, no worries guys. It for me, I'm old, and half blind, the bigger font is just easier for me to read
...:rofl

You don't want me riding that the last pass I did was 27 seconds =P

But yeah you want to be able to keep the front wheel on the ground. If the wheel doesn't stay on the ground you can't put the power where it needs to be.

Again, depending on how serious the owner is about dragstrip testing, it would need a clutch mod done to disable the slipper clutch for smooth launches.
