Berryessa Conditions

Hi All!

I’m thinking of meeting a couple friends for a ride up to Berryessa and wanted to see if anyone has ridden up there lately. We would take the GP route and have lunch at Perry’s in Middletown. I’m curious about road conditions, work happening after the fires, etc. we don’t want to get in the way or otherwise impede emergency work.

Had some friends run the MotoGP route on the 18th and 19th. They reported the roads were clear but watch for logging trucks.

I rode Butts Canyon/Pope Canyon roads to the lake today, then back over to Angwin. The roads are same as always, but there are a number of utility workers/tree workers/roadside hazards still around. Guardrail laying along the white lines, etc. And there were more cars than normal in general---probably people looking at the damage..
