I got a call from a friend to head on over to Alabama to the Barber Raceway Vintage Motorcycle Festival this weekend. Oh boy!
If you have never been to the Barber Raceway, you have never seen what must be one of, if not THE finest motorcycle museum in America.
The outside of the museum there were thousands of bikes, ranging from full on vintage delights to modern classics and everything in between. The weekend was rained off by Hurricane Nate, which passed through on Sunday as a tropical storm. But I got hundreds of pictures both of the museum and of some of the thousands of privately owned bikes.
I shared all my images here on DropBox, and I've posted a few teaser pics below.
If you do nothing else, you should browse the museum pics so that you can discover why you have to go there at least once before you pop off.
