Anyone know the name of a good accident lawyer?

Long story short, I don’t want to give too much info…

I was at a stoplight, first in line, I was there for about 45 seconds already; both feet on the ground and some cager hit me from behind going 40+ MPH. :wow

I had about 15 witnesses for this accident and they all say the cager was driving recklessly prior to the accident.

This lawyer will be going after another person in the Law field….

Thanks for any help ya'll can give me :)

Look at their profiles. Ask them their expectations and get a feel for the guy or gal that is going to rep you.

Good luck.

my fiance works for Jim Romig from the Russ Brown group. His office is in Danville. Give him a call and chat with him and tell him that Robert Brittain, Edie's fiance referred you. He will take care of you.:thumbup

There's one attorney advertising in CityBike. Mike Padway. He's also written for the magazine and is a real rider and genuinely cares about motorcycle safety. He's also a good dude.

Oh, and I've seen him win cases and get settlements based on some legal theories I'd only heard about in law school. He's a top-notch dude.

But you can't go wrong with Mr. Choulos or Mr. Storey, either.

:wow I don't know of a lawyer, but hope you're perfectly okay. From a complete stop being hit at 40Mph from behind... I can only imagine the possibilities. Truly hope you're alright...

Choulos, Choulos & Wylie. This is what they do.

When I got in my accident, Mr. Padway refused to take my case as there wasn't enough money in it for him. Claude Wyle and Choulos, Choulos and Wyle took it on and did an amazing job.

They did a fantastic job for a friend of mine, as well. HUGE settlement, and in good time, as well.
I'd add that this sort of accident law is all they do. They don't handle tickets, or anything else. You've got one shot at this, so go with an attorney that has a ton of experience doing this type of law.
