they used to do hill climbs and stuff out there a lot. its right next to a sand mill. neighbors are far enough away it would be tough to piss em off.

Might be true, but a wiser buyer would confirm.

Laguna use to be a free for all. Shit changes.. even use laws.

thats sand hill MX track. had to close down because of lawsuits against them. funnyhow they are down to 1 mil, they tried to sell it years back for 5+

I know its sandhill...Rode out by there the other day what a blast that road is too!

I think with a STRICT no tolerance for loud pipes, along with keeping it PRIVATE. So no mr.joe blow can just rip around and jump off a clif..

It would work fine!

That is quite a bit of acreage!

Also....The paved supermoto/mini track would be a blast....Maybe do some autocross?

I got Hobo bucks, too. But, there are a lot of hurdles between land-for-sale and a developed profitable venture. If there is real estate value on it's own, we could minimize the downside risk. No business success, okay, as long as no loss in initial capitalization.

Anyone game to find a property AND research it's chance of approval for track use?

FWIW I was in Nevada just north of Reno on Sunday and saw a 140 acre parcel for sale for $180K and had pretty much the same idea. :thumbup
