Anyone down in SoCal near Yorba Linda?

Looking for someone to check out a used bike for potential purchase down in Yorba Linda. Been in contact with the seller and everything looks great but don't wanna drive down and find out something is wonky. Would be happy to toss you some money to take a look at it and check it out/take it to a shop to be checked.

Hey guys!

Its a Monster 796 for sale, just wanted you guys to give it a look over presale.
it has 400 miles 2014 with mods, and the guy is selling because he is having a kid. With the year and everything else I think it should be fine but don't wanna go sight unseen. He has dealer records for the termis and power commander and seems trustworthy.

If you could comment on the condition of bike, belt, tires etc I'll be driving down soon with my brother's truck to get it.

Why not have him take it to a shop down there and have a PPI done?

That's what I did when someone came up from SoCal to buy my XR650L. Once the shop said the bike was good to go he drove up the next day and bought it. I also sent the guy a ton of pictures and video of the bike running.

the earliest I could swing by to take a look would be Thursday, but honestly I have no experience with Ducatis. I can comment on the tires, but I feel that pictures and the mfr date stamp could probably tell you more info.

Were you not able to get close-up pictures that a person would have to verify? or hear it started up?

Thanks for the help guys, he got a deposit today without giving me the opportunity (prob should have just done that as well). I'll let you know if it falls through.
