I haven't seen it or anything like it. Having owned a DJI Spark for the better part of 1.5 years and flying it regularly, I'd be a little suspicious of something that seems too good to be true.
I'm not saying there aren't great deals out there, but that claims to have a great deal of features for an extremely low price.
If you're looking at drones, decide what you're planning to do with it first. Flying it around like a racer or interested in doing flips and tricks? Get one for that. Want to do aerial photography or videography? Got one for that. Travel? You get it. Just like everything else, you'll find that there is no one best drone, and in general, I think you get what you pay for.
Craigslist is a good place to find good deals on lightly used drones. I think a lot of people spend a lot of money on some nice drones and then find out they're not using them. Also, the technology moves quickly, so last years model goes at good prices.
