Going through contract negotiations with my current dep't and I get the impression it is a sinking ship. I'm also tired of working the jail and want to work patrol. San Rafael is geographically advantageous based on where I live.

I think San Rafael is in a bit of a financial rut as well; Although I think that's the case everywhere, so yeah.
