Andrew approached everything he loved in life with dedication, enthusiasm, and joy. When he found motorcycling he was devoted completely; he was constantly pouring through catalogs and barf threads, fastidiously cleaning chains and researching riding gear. He would talk about a ride all week and then look up gopro footage when he got home. More than the power and the freedom of riding, he was so proud to be a part of such a close-knit and passionate family. And he WAS surrounded by good and caring people who held him in their arms until they could only hold him in their hearts. We are forever grateful for the time we spent together, and we will cherish the memories until we meet again.

To My Dear Friend Andrew:

If there was a contest of beautiful smiles, you would win.

If there was a contest for being a good and loyal friend (especially to me), you would win.

If there was a contest for the love you had for your family, you would win

If there was a contest for the love you had for Jenn, you would win

If there was a contest for your love of motorcycles, you would win

If there was a contest of someone enjoying life to its fullest, you would win

If there was a contest of a heart full of happiness from your smiles, I would win

If there was a contest of how much your friendship meant to me, I would win

If there was a contest of how mesmerized I was while you talked about your love for your family, I would win

If there was a contest of how in awe I was while you talked about your love for Jenn (always checking in with her was so cute! LOL), I would win

If there was a contest of how intently I listened to you talk passionately about motorcycles, I would win

If there was a contest of how each time I saw you, you would make an already bright day a brighter one for me thus filling my heart with joy, I would win.

And last but not least…

You win it all Andrew. You win because you were a shining example of how each day is supposed to be lived; always happy, full of love, full of smiles, always a true friend, and living each day to its fullest. As my dear friend and my example to go by, I will strive each day to achieve what you did in such a short amount of time as described above. I will try to shine brighter in your honor. You were wise beyond your years. You were/are always an Angel in my eyes and now I hope you will be a Guardian Angel watch over us.
