It's not my fault...
Hope he's ok. I was out running errands in the truck and was wondering what happened over there. Saw an ambulance going the other way, lights on.

I was first on scene and saw everything happen.. Rider struck the back of a Subaru. Rider started in far left lane trying to pass a vehicle, he swerved over in the middle lane to go around, but with his excess speed, couldn't stay in his lane and was pushed to the far right lane, and struck the Subaru's right rear corner. I initially called 911, and made sure the individual was stable, and retrieved his bike from the middle of i80. Hopefully he is alright... From the looks of the accident, he had pretty bad RR, and he's kneecaps were destroyed.

Oh lordy.....he must have been in a lot of pain. Good work spottie also btw, hope the rider heals up.

Was he trying to pass where the HWY is straight or where, due to the construction, the HWY makes a slight 'S' curve?
