is charging west on CV Blvd., lights flashing, sirens blaring. Not unusual around here...the left turn lane was clear, and then some poor guy figures he can dart out, and make the turn way ahead of the burgeoning fire truck. Too bad the light turned red, and the fellow is stuck between a one, and a two point violation, as in, wish you could get away? oh, the funny part? he was driving a Smart car...
