Sold via Craigslist.
Clean title in hand, in my name. Current registration (will expire at the end of June).
Selling my 2007 Husqvarna SMR 510. 2007 was the last year of MV Agusta Huskies and carburetion. This is a very fun bike but I have other priorities and I’m selling it to thin the herd.
I’m not the first owner. I changed the oil every 16 hours using 10W-60 Motorex Cross Power and K&N filters. I checked the valves every 32 hours.
Current hours: 147
Current mileage: 4700
Fresh oil change and valve check.
I just replaced the carb and airbox rubbers.
The rear tire only has 500 miles on it. The front tire is past the wear bars and needs to be replaced.
Pro Taper Evo handlebar.
13 tooth front sprocket. Have the original 14 tooth, too.
Rejetted carburetor, upgraded accelerator pump.
Carb vent hoses routed to catch can.
Silicone radiator hoses.
Water wetter.
Sliders installed – axles, footpegs, exhaust.
Including spare parts shown in photo: air filters, spark plugs, etc.
One caveat: I noticed small pitting on the inner fork tubes down low, just above the fork bottoms/axle clamps. Functionally, I think the pitting is inconsequential because it's low enough to not affect the oil seals. I included close-ups in the photo album linked below.
