After the break-in tune and Brian got 1000 miles on the bike, he brought the bike back in to do what we call the finished tune, this is where we go through after the break-in and finalize are fueling and ignition timing, because in 90% of the time this changes, due to better ring seal and consequently more compression which is going to require more fuel and Different ignition timing. Check out Brian's reaction, after he's had time to get used to the horsepower and new torque. Then on the Dyno, we blow out the sidewall of the tire, from the torque of the motor, also see the heat in the rear exhaust, but above all, what's really cool !! we have the very first Dino pull graph when the bike was bone stock, stock 66hp, we finish with the S&S 143 cubic inch motor showing 180 HP:thumbup

That is so cool! I enjoyed the first video, he was visibly shaking after taking the bike on the freeway the first time. This bike is a beast!

Thanks, it was a very fun project, it turned out so well. It blows my mind to think 1300 pound street glide that can do power wheels.:wtf:teeth

Damn, 195 ft/lbs of torque. That's nuts.

What the life expectancy of a motor that big? I've been an aircooled VW fan all my life and I know the bigger you go, the shorter the life span. Does that carry over into the Harley world too?
