Since City Bike said they were available.. I guess I better make them available.. **(Small quick loading versions down a few posts)**
These vid's were part of my presentation to the OTS.. you will see a practice speech in there that I did live.. wearing a suit no less :teeth You can catch a mistake or two.. but what the heck it was practice. My apologies to the Office of Traffic Safety for blowing their name in the practice speech here :facepalm
The presentation was made as part of a Motorcycle Safety Summit that took place over 4 days in April up in the City. I had a great time both putting this together and also discussing our safety effort..
Joe from 4the Riders gave me some on board footage and lots of stuff was pulled off barf. Some sad stuff.. some happy. As Silversvs said he and I are working with the OTS/ CHP and other state agencies to provide possible vision into how we can reduce fatalities and accidents. A good discussion on that is going on here:

Your imput is welcomed, wanted and needed. We are the folks that are out there and our lives are some of whom may be affected by the effort. Personally I have found the folks on the committee to be very vigilant about it.. in particular I really did not know how much the CHP really cares about our safety. I am very proud to be a part of the effort and proud that barf was regognized as a valuable part of the real world imput. As Silversvs said.. we are the man on the street. He is the man and such a valuable part of the things that have been done in Livermore and beyond in the name of Moto Safety and Awareness. People like him that have a passion for two wheels can make a difference with some effort. Just like the 1Rider volunteers that sat on street corners this year their value is hard to quantify, but there effort for us is huge.
I am not a movie maker.. but I did give it my best.. considering the alternate was making a speech in front of over 100 concerned parties..this seemed like the easy way to get my point across and eliminate the mistakes...
This are large files so downloading might take a while.

To those that appeared in the film that we lost.. one more :rose
One more thought about being a rider.. a barf member and friend to many.
The pain of their loss will endure in many of us.
