07 gsxr 750 high idle problem please help

i start the bike and it goes 8000 rpm(crazy lound and bike gets hot ) and to prevent any damage i kill it.
trottle cables removed, no check engine lights.

just did: checked all cables and everything looks good, spark plugs, all hoses. replaced with another set of trottle bodies, all same, cant figure it out

is 1 of the boot clamps on the motor in the wrong postion, causing it to engage part of the butterfly linkage & manually rev it?

maybe.....but that'd be pretty weird. i'd be looking for something mechanical, ie interference of some kind. when did this start happening? what happened right before it started happening?

If you experience high uncontrolled idle suspect an air leak... on a
fuel injection system *any* air that gets past the throttle bodies the
map just adds more corresponding fuel... the result is high
uncontrollable idle... make sure all the rubber hoses are connected
and in good shape... make sure all the intake boots are tight and in
good shape... make sure the butterflys are 100% close... make sure
the idle starter valves are in their correct positions...
