What aftermarket options do I have, I don't feel paying 341.00 for the oem part makes any sense. Will the ricks for the same year 750 stator work for the 600? I know the stator is the same for 750 and 600 as far as the OEM part. I already have a Ricks R/R for bike.

I have a 83 gs1100e on craigslist not tech enough to load pictures on here, but looking for a 82 kz 750 twin to trade, or 1700 obo for my ride. Is that a solid and fair trade? Ideas?

Got my stator sorted, and had to replace the stator cover as well took a month to get part!!! Need to get some new tires soon, my tires are getting hard as rocks and wanted to know what some solid tires are for this thing? Thanks BARF family, look forward to some assistance.

I know this is not the garage section, but seeing all these people with vintage bikes I have a question. Due to reliability issues with 80;s regulators on Japanese bikes, can I put a modern r/r off a Hayabusa on a 83 gs 1100e my r/r crapped the bed.

A few questions about changing out my tach....I assume the ratio 1:4 and wanted to know if it is single fire or dual fire ignition on my motorcycle...I guess the wiring is different. My speedo stopped working with new cable, so I am going to just put a smaller tach and new speedo and get rid of...

Picked up an awesome 83 GS 1100ed and want to replace the two rear beat up shocks. Any ideas I haven't been lucky finding any aftermarket shocks for her.

I am curious to find if I can get aftermarket mirrors for my 87 VFR 700 I just picked up. All I can see is my shoulder in the current mirrors, which sucks. I also need a brighter headlight it is like I am riding with a candle on the front of my bike, and I can't see that well at night...

Have a clean 2000 Rc51 it does have a salvaged title, it was knocked over and the plastics were damaged with a custom paint job on it, so they totaled it out...Plastics on it now are fine...No mechanical issues, 29000 miles, two brothers exaust, Mich Pilot Power 11 tires, 90% tread on them...
