Will this engine cover guard pass tech?

I am guessing no. Figured I would ask though, it is on an R6 which requires ama approved covers on both sides of aftermarket cases.

It is basically just a bolt on plastic puck, at least I have evidence that it does the job since it has been combat tested :teeth
