It's time I got out on Mines again...it's been a while. This is for the regulars that know the pace we run on Mines...no sweeps...no stopping to check on you...if your right behind me...I'll know if you have a problem and stop or turn around...basically just not a baby sitter. This will be a very brisk pace either by myself or with some experienced mines fast guys that decide to join me. :thumbup If you know me you know what I'm talking about. Starbucks 1030 August 2nd to the Junction and Patterson. :afm199

This is the normal response...lookers...no takers.

I'll wait for a pack heading up the hill and ambush them... :laughing:afm199:thumbup

Gonzo

Dirt to street & back
Going to head out mines to the junction and back to Livermore, probably not until 11:15.

I'm in California for a couple of weeks , borrowed a friend's bike and what ever gear he had that will fit me, I will be hitting Del Puerto/Mines/Hamilton today. Been a while since I road it last, I'm sure a couple of laps will work out the cobwebs. If you see a white 959 Duc with loose fitting gear going slow, wave. I'm thinking by Monday when I ride it again I will be at 80% old pace, by next weekend I'll be "newbee" pace.

Hoping to see old regulars along the way to BS. (a dying breed) no pun intended. Missing California twisties roads so bad that I am up at 5am checking on road conditions. No expectations just gonna enjoy the ride. Be safe.
