Damn, didn't know that. :laughing

WTF do they call it something besides what it is? Marketing?

It was called muriatic acid before we knew what hydrogen and chlorine were. :D

I'm spending my day with acid on concrete myself, thanks to this thread, and a neighbor who showed me how to use it to clean up concrete spatter and get an even color on a fresh pour.

Merely Rhetorical
somebody put a box of cabinet hardware on the street. These were a couple of the knobs. Range is 1" to 1.5". I'll probably thread them for the next larger screw.

My FiL bought a pressure washer and then proceeded to wash the top seal off all the concrete in the back yard and front walkway. Also left a nice spiral pattern in the wood fence. /rant

I ordered a $150 electric one with the surface scrubber for the drive.

I just stained my fence so I'm not going to pressure wash it anytime soon :)

Fudge. Home depot's return system for online orders is down nation wide wasted $35 on a zip car and 2 hours

Home Depot has shockingly good customer service. They made a UPS pickup for free for my items!

Power washes rocks! for $150 it's what I need. On the "0" degree nozzle it is removing the lighter stain marks pretty good. GOnna do the whole driveway for my neighbors at some point (common drive/HOA etc). I often rake all the leaves anyway since if I'm doing "my" drive I might as well do everyone's

DId a really good job cleaning a crapload of dirt off the drive but I think the the bad wood stain stains needs a 3000 PSI diesel driven power washer to remove which I clearly don't need to own. I'll chip away at it over time :)

Used the soap nozzle to spray down the garage door and then the light sprayer to wash off. Probably needs a coat of paint after 13 years.

Hey so despite cutting off the overhang downstairs being a mistake it would appear I will need to cut off the landing overhang to install laminate nosing because otherwise it won't seat properly to cover the original edge...make sense or am I missing something?

Here's how it should look but then there's nothing to attach it to because the track is too far
