wearing contacts since last DL renewal

DL reads corrective lenses. Now wearing contacts. Do I need to carry any letter or invoice from my Optometrist? DL renewal comes up in May 2020:nerd

50 years wearing contacts, I've never had my eyeballs inspected for contacts, just pass the vision test to prove corrected vision.

I had to check my license to see if I got that taken off. A while back I got Lasik surgery and I think I got it taken off when I renewed my license at some point.

But yeah what's to stop them if you go in to fix it and your wearing contact when they test you? Can they tell your wearing them? But yeah I think if you wear contact that's still corrective lenses.

I need to wear glasses but I hardly ever do. I didn't want the restriction on my DL so I used to memorize the eye charts at the DMV while waiting for my eye test. :laughing

Hooray for Lasik, my memory ain't so great any more. arty :laughing
