drool drool mmmm rvf400, i saw this beautiful pic of rossi rep one once...siiiiiigh
i love my cbr. been riding it a few months now--and the judgement is that it is perfect. nibble not twitchy, light, you think it-it does it, and it turns on a dime...i don't have to break into turns that my more powerful bigger counterparts do. i've got plenty to work with and learn to work with. i would have a garage full of precision miniatures if i could...and a v-twin sprinkled in here and there
i've ridden a hawkGT650, the trusty ex500, and an f4i (albeit not consistently with the exception of the ex) . . . so thats my limited comparo experience. but i prefer the cbr400 over all the others for varying reasons.
i think you are right that the rvf has a higher ride height but i don't believe by much. i'm a little taller than 5'3" and i more than flat foot the cbr no problem. mebbe you'll be on your toes since you are 4'10"?
can't wait to hear about your rvf when you get it.
