Does anyone do vapor blast / aka vapor hone in the SF area or East Bay? I found names of a couple of people in Sac/Rancho Cordova on craigslist, but I don't know if I want to drive up to some dude's garage and let him experiment on my vintage carbs!

Well, one of the garage vapor blasting guys in Sacramento literally wrote the book on vintage Kei Hin carbs for the CX500 (and all of its variants).

If one of the guys is Larry C. in Citrus Heights, you're not going to find a better carb guy for vapor blasting & polishing work.
