Upscaling a Business?

Question for teh BARF entrepreneurs:

My wife works for a very small company that is rapidly growing. She is the "Director of Sales" and her book of accounts is also rapidly growing. They have a website, go to multiple physical marketplaces (Treasure Fest and mostly farmers' markets), and are a few weeks from opening a retail store.

What software is out there to keep track of orders and payments and shit and helps streamline everything?

Is Quickbooks enough? The business owner is good at making products and selling face-to-face, but what can they do to properly meet demand and keep the orders fulfilled, provided supply isn't an issue?

I don't know anything about this stuff so when she tells me about stuff at work I have nothing to say, really.

What you need is an demand and fulfillment manager a CRM isn't going to do much for you if you don't have someone that can use the data

Avoid random CRMs if you can help it, their integrations for future growth are limited.

ZOHO is affordable and will probably solve multiple problems she is facing/will face.

Quickbooks can ge a great tool for small business, but you would probably have to post a better scale of the business you are trying to manage in order to suggest the right tool.

Whatever you decide to invest in, typically, having the software set up in a way that makes sense for your business operation can be critical to making a tool to help you, not get in the way. I would strongly consider hiring a consultant to build your books for you in whatever solution you settled on. If the software is built right, usually it will be pretty easy to self maintain going forward.
