Triumph Rocket III Motorcycle Price, Accessories Revealed
Under $16,000 U.S. MSRP surprises. New graphics and other accessories give Triumph's 2.3-liter three-cylinder monster motorcycle some needed flair.
Accessory paint treatment and details brighten the Rocket III, Triumph's maximum motorcycle
Triumph's forthcoming 2294cc Rocket III will be $15,990. This is significantly cheaper than expected, since Triumph had simply announced that the U.S. price would be "under $20,000." The mammoth three-cylinder motorcycle is due out in Spring of 2004 and is currently on the U.S. show circuit.
The photo accompanying the release shows a bike finished with some of Triumph's accessory pieces for the bike, including a new tribal paint scheme in fresh colors, a painted radiator shroud, and a small fairing over the instrument area. It is unclear whether the knee pads on the fuel tank and details like badge-free side panels are production changes or custom changes.
