Take April and May off from your Mortgage

Right now I'm responding to the crisis headset on, helping homeowners improve their situation. Taking April and May off from making mortgage payments is a bonus for many, in addition to the monthly savings offered by today's low rates.

Grateful at this point County Recorders Offices are staying open during the Shelter at Home Order.

I always have time for your referrals :)

I work as an Underwriter for a credit union, one of the title companies we work with won’t be closing any more loans until April 7th or later because the notary has to meet face to face with client and they can’t do that under the current circumstances. Not sure if appraisers are going out on inspections either.

So where is the info.

It sounds good. I would love to follow thru.

Hey Budman, most mortgage refinances give the homeowner the opportunity to skip two payments.

Hi Greenmonster. Thank you for pointing out some of the challenges created by this Pandemic. We have had success in getting appraisal waivers, which removes at least one of those challenges. There is no question closing in counties with "Shelter at Home" orders in force will have complications, but not impossible. I'm in if someone can benefit from a refi and wants to give it a go!
