Since I have retired from racing with the AFM and my old mechanic Alex @ Fastline moved, can anyone recommend a good mechanic in the Bay Area that knows their stuff? A couple years back I took the bike out (06 gsxr 1000) right after it rained, road was dry, but forgot about the oils that come up after a rain and cold tires= sliding out. needless to say not too much damage since I was going slow downhill on a curve, but some wires from my power commander ignition advance got pinched and powered wires grounded against frame and started smoking, and melted wires. I figure I need a new ignition advance, but need a good mechanic that can wire it back up to the harness as it was. Any help would be appreciated, I would like to get back on the bike and do some riding with other barfers. I live in Castro Valley, near Hayward. Thanks in Advance. Jason
