2. You can see the guy in front's turn signal as he pulls out to pass the car in front of him. He just didn't see the biker. And honestly, the biker should have expected that crap.

pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease search, this has been debated into the ground several times.

There is a car super close in front of this car you cant really see. He used a blinker but still cut the biker off.
