OK, let me first say: Thanks for this GREAT Forum!!!
2: My product review will not be as thorough as V4's:laughing
But, here goes. I read in the latest Motorcyclist about this Tour Master Glove that looks great and is supposed to be a REAL Winter glove, and only costs $59.99!!!! I had to see for myself if it was crap or not. I read that advertisement on Sunday night and had a bug up my butt all day Monday about getting these Gloves ASAP!!! Of course, my options were very few due to the fact that almost every shop is closed on Monday, so I called Cycle Gear and they do not even have them in their catalog yet, so I called Road Rider in San Jose.
I spoke with Linda, who is the most helpful person (and nicest) that I've ever met, and she found a pair of XL's for me and put them aside. Road Rider Rocks because these glove are VERY new to the market and they already have them stocked!!!!!
When I got there and tried them on they seemed a 'little' on the big side, so I looked for a pair of Larges, and could not find them, but guess who came to the rescue..... Linda!!!
She found them and I tried them on but they were a LOT smaller than the XL's.
I bought them and was on my way. They seemed rather bulky (compared to what I was used to-HELD), but I knew that they would get better with time. By the time I got to Palo Alto, I was already loving them, because my hands were nice and toasty and I could FEEL the controls better. I've used them for less than 200 miles, but I already think that they are great because my hands do not get cold AT ALL. And, the price is fantastic!!!!
So, do not tell V4 that MY review is much better than his dumb old review:laughing
