how far? i can do 450 mile days, any longer then that on my bike can get painful.

its more a measure of time then anything. i can sit on my bike for 8 hours without a problem, 9 is ok, 10+ gets hard.

tell me when u want to, and how far, and i'll let u know.

Though me, as a cheapskate, would recommend reversing the route to save $7 each time around -- $5 southbound at the Golden Gate, and $2 northbound at the Benecia.

Hi all,
I would be very carefull if they get snow on Hamilton on Thursday..They sometimes sand it.. First hand experience, not good.
