Sorry been of the computer for a few days. I didn't know I won, and now I don't no what I'm suposed to do. Am i a peace keeper or what? Being that I am noe an elected official, do i need some kind of security? Will Jacktheripper have a hit squad out to get me.

The only thing you need to worry about right now, Mister Sheriff, is closing threads that get out of hand, perhaps an edit here or there to clean up a post, or perhaps even deleting entire threads. There hasn't been any need for any of this yet, and I imagine it'll be quite a while before we have that happen.

OTOH, you might like to take it upon yourself to cater to your peeps and get them active - perhaps inviting new people over to create a forum to rival all other forums.

When the need arises I will give you a new URL that will allow you to approve/deny posts (if a forum of that sort is created), ban users, etc.

Maybe someday you (or another proven-worthy moderator) will even have co-administrator priveleges (no one does, yet) that will allow you to mod the entire board... or perhaps turn it back on when [cough] someone leaves it turned off all night!
