My CRF230F Supermoto Track Bike

This has been an ongoing project for a few years, and has been a lot of fun on the cart tracks.
Intake: K&N clamp-on air filter, modded Airbox, intake/carb epoxied and blended for smooth air flow, modded 30mm Keihin carb (stock is 26mm)
Motor: 67mm 11:9.1 piston, ported head, competition valve job, 1mm oversize SS intake valve, SS exhaust valve, RD alloy valve springs/custom retainers, Web Racing Cam
Spark: Yuasa Lithium Battery, Fox High Output Coil, CDI Box, Brisk 360 degree spark plug
Exhaust: FMF Powerbomb header, modded straight-through aluminum muffler
Drive: DID Non O-ring Chain, Pro-Taper CNC Alloy Rear Sprocket
Suspension (Valved for 165 lbs) Front: Racetech Front Springs, Gold Valve Emulators
Rear: Showa aluminum-body ATV rear shock with rebound and compression, Cannon Racecraft Custom Shock Spring
Brakes: EBC 280mm Front Rotor, Galfer Braided Brake Line, EBC or Galfer Sintered Pads, Motul RBF600 Fluid
Wheels: Excel Takasago Rims, Pirelli Track Compound 140/70 & 120/70 Supercorsas
Controls: Pro Taper Bars/Grips, ASV Front Brake lever, FZ600 clutch lever, custom throttle tube, EE handguards
...plus lots of custom fab stuff...footpeg mounts, shift lever...etc
