I like how Jack said he was going home to summer. Hopefully he gets a leg up on his training and such. When the press dude mentioned he now is the OG with Ducati and would be comfortable in that roll. That got chuckles from him and then went on to expose he was the youngest on the podium.

I propose Yamaha poach all of Suzukis engineers. After all, they figured out how to make a competitive bike with a small budget. If not, it's going to possibly take a major shift in Yamaha corporate thinking. They always counted on the bikes sweet handling to overcome its shortcomings. Not anymore.

The most likely hypothesis is that the Spanish rider suffers from
pseudarthrosis and, in order to recover denitively, he'll have to undergo a
bone transplant. This type of surgery would obviously require a long recovery period.

If he is back on the RCV in 2021 I have doubts that he'll be the same rider for years to come, if ever.

Some Moto2 teams are testing Thursday and Friday at Jerez including ItalTrans and AmericanRacing.

Day 1 of the Jerez test was wet. Times from Day 2 below. Beaubier already just .6 off his new team mate Ramirez and even closer to a bunch of Moto2 regulars. First time on the bike, new team and tires and he hasn't ridden Jerez in probably over ten years.

Edit: I thought ItalTrans was testing at Jerez but it must have been another track. Haven't found anything on Joe Roberts yet.
