Olive oil has so many uses. If you have a bad back, rub olive oil and epsom salts on it. Your back will now be greasy and salty.

I have a little jar of mayonnaise in my fridge specifically for removing sap. The gigantic tree right outside my front door seems to drip it all year round onto my sidewalk and porch and it gets everywhere. The mayo makes short work of it, even when it’s in my hair or on my clothes.

I've got a tub of lanolin waterless hand cleaner which is practically the same thing. But I don't really like the feeling on my hands after, so I end up washing them with soap after anyways.

Olive oil can also be used on a babies head to get rid of cradle cap. So no excuses for any of you with newborns allowing that crap to propagate. A little olive oil and a silicone scalp massager and that stuff is gone.

Yep, mayonnaise is an old carpenter sap removal trick. However, it really is just the oil in it that is working the egg does nothing. Straight oil is cheaper.

I thought about that, but my little jar of off-brand mayo seems more user-friendly. I dunno...next time I'll grab the olive oil and see if it's better in some way.
