Airplane carbs are generally pretty crude compared to bike carbs. I'm not sure they would be a good choice.

Airplane engines are generally designed to run wfo for most of their life. Motorcycles require precision fueling down low in the 2-10% throttle range where people spend most of the time. I bet it wouldn't work as well.
