Okay, here are my opinions (worthless as they are) regarding the Round#1 Pics:
DanZX9R - Okay pic but it isn't an actual Starbucks employee
Donoman - I like it. She's cute. Donoman is riding biatch.
Drizz - Photoshop doesn't count. Nice try though. You shoulda pictured yourself smacking the dudes ass! hahaha...
Duckyfresh - Ducky, Ducky, Ducky.... I like the bike. I like the female (she's cute) But ya ain't in it! That is an incomplete attempt.
Hyperlite - Very creative. Nice pics. She even let you work. But she needs to point her fingers up or it isn't the correct BARF salute!
Kimchizzle - HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAA!!!!! Creative. Fulfills the requirements. It looks like you're going to break out in a song and dance (or you just finished one). Nice...very good.
Noid - Fulfills the criteria. She's cute. Noid has an apron on. She's cute. You got your bike IN the store. She's cute. I like it.
Port - Fulfills all the criteria. She has an apron on even. She's not as cute as Noid, Ducky or Dono's chippies.
Sasquatch - Where are you in the pic? Where is the Starbucks employee? This may fulfill the criteria but not sure.
UNIXGAL - Yours fulfills the criteria and you got it in first.
ROSCOE - Fulfills criteria. You got yerself a trackday umbrella girl...and sponsorship even!!! Nice.
LiquidR1 - Pic #2. Is that the same girl as ROSCOE used?
Hard choice... but I'd have to give the nod to Noid. The pic fulfilled all the requirements of the contest, was creative, and the girl was "willing and able" to show attitude. She's better looking than Hyperlite's chick too. So...by a hair....I vote for Noid.
However, I did take a few points away from Noid for using that gawdawful Gixxer1000. I'm sure they had to go and disinfect the store after that thing was in there.

Basically, the subject cannot be the store or objects within the store. Like once, some dude walked in my store, snapped a photo of the menu/prices and jetted quickstyle. He moved so fast...I didn't know what to do. We were supposed to stop him and take his film. But, the only one I can actually see as rule breaking is...well, any of them outdoors in their apron ('cause we're supposed to take them off when we're out and doing something non-Starbucks) and Hyperlite behind the counter....unless he's actually an employee that I don't know about. Then he's just out of dress code and that's against the rules. Unless it's Halloween. To my knowledge, getting the bike inside the store isn't against the rules. If any of you came into my store a night I was closing I would've been game to do something creative....WickedWahine had some....er....ideas.
