My son suddenly & w/o warning mentions he'd like to try riding; so now I have to come up w/some beginner rider training available locally.

Who/what are you'all aware of in the Central Eastbay? We are San Lorenzo based here....

How old is he? I took the cmsp in hayward it used to be at the adult school but now its at southland by macy's. It helped me quite a bit considering I haven't rode in years and when I did i only used one with a clutch a hand full of times.

He's 21 & got his permit about a year ago. Going for his license @ DMV this week (I think.) He's been considering the prices of cars vs. bikes in all costs (insurance too), & figured out it's much cheaper to ride a bike.

I've committed to giving him my ZRX once he's had a couple years on a middleweight if he does not get creamed by a car or bailed on his own (I've got my eye on the newer z900rs.) ;)

He ain't going anywhere w/o some kind of training. I put me foot down on that one; gotta get some training if I can't train him...
