New floor is 40k set by Tesla. I was laughed at in 2018 for saying we would see 50k. We will see 100k possibly by December. MicroStrategy held a conference last week with 7000 plus companies educating them on how to move large portions of their balance sheets to bitcoin. Tesla and SpaceX were both part of said conference. We need 60 more companies out of that 7k to do the same and bitcoin will be close to 1 million each.

Why is MicroStrategy playing a role in that conversation? They are an analytics company, no?

They do a lot but I believe they are considered a software company. Currently they hold their entire cash reserves and 650 million in debt in the form of Bitcoin. For a total of about 4 billion worth in fiat.

How do I buy BC with cash (literally green pieces of paper) for the least amount of fees and premium?

I'll sell you bitcoin for cash at 10% over Coinbase spot price at the time of transaction.

E.g. current spot price is $45,198.02 as of posting; I'll sell you Bitcoin for $49717.82/btc right now.

I haven't sold BTC F2F since 2014, just FYI.

Your article says/suggests they won’t use Bitcoin

:dunno

Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency to receive a specific mention in Mr Dhamodharan's post,

Did you miss this in the article. Also bitcoin is the only true peer to peer decentralized network. Nobody is going to use a centralized network.

I think you would have to go P2P then, phone a friend.

Yes, you are right. It seems that ATM's are more competitive than when I bought one BC years ago.
